Senior Principal Program Manager
Role Overview
As a Senior Principal Program Manager, you lead and drive the successful execution of complex semiconductor programs across the full New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, from concept to production release.
You are accountable for delivering products on time, on quality, and on cost, while balancing customer expectations, technical challenges, and business objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-growth and strategic segments such as 48V electrification, a fast-evolving market with strong revenue potential and a key focus for NXP’s future.
