The Program Manager (Automotive Microcontroller Product Line) will be responsible to lead large multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the NXP New Product Introduction (NPI) process to develop cutting edge embedded processor solutions for Automotive.
The Program Manager will engage the global R&D teams to achieve on time delivery with world class levels of quality. The Program Manager will be responsible to partner with the organization’s R&D, Design, Software, Product Management, and Product Engineer/Test/Manufacturing teams to define schedules and resourcing for key deliverables, while anticipating and overcoming issues to positively impact key financial metrics including gross margin and EBITDA. …
