Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting, Review & Risk Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various legal and commercial agreements, including:
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Supplier Agreements
Performance Bank Guarantees (PBGs)
Bank Guarantees (BGs)
Leave and License Agreements
Project Agreements and other commercial contracts
Conduct legal and commercial risk reviews of project contracts and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
Ensure contractual documentation complies with applicable laws and company policies.
Compliance Management
Administer and manage the Legatrix Compliance Management System.
