Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – HR & OD will play a key role in driving HR digitalization initiatives, managing data and analytics, supporting talent acquisition, and overseeing manpower planning and budgeting. The role requires a blend of analytical capability, process orientation, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Digitalization & Process Improvement
Lead and support HR digital transformation initiatives (HRMS, automation, dashboards, etc.).
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement technology-driven solutions.
